A: The Greater Los Angeles Vendor (GLAVF) is the premiere public contracting and business networking event in the Los Angeles region. A collaborative effort of the
largest public agencies in Los Angeles, the event hosts more than 200 booth exhibitors and a growing number of attendees in this annual event that brings under one roof all the opportunities and resources that you need to grow your business.
Over the last 14 years, the GLAVF promotes access to opportunities, contract administrators, certification experts, and buyers. The GLAVF returns on its 15th year to offer these and more!

A: The 2008 Greater Los Angeles Vendor Fair will be held in West Hall B at the Los
Angeles Convention Center, 1201 S. Figueroa St., Los Angeles, CA 90015.
Q: Where do I park?
A: There is convenient parking at the West Hall Parking Garage for $10.
Q: How much does it cost to be an exhibitor?
A: EARLY REGISTRATION

Q: Are there other choices for lunch at the fair if we do not purchase a lunch package?
A: Yes there are several resturants surrounding the Los Angeles Convention Center that are available for you to access. Please visit
Downtown LA Dining to view resturants in the area.
Q: If I choose not to go to lunch during the fair's schedule lunch closing time, can I or a member of my staff stay in the hall during lunch?
A: No. No one is allowed to be in the hall during lunch time for any reason. The hall will open after lunch at 1:15 PM.
Q: How much does it cost to attend as a non-exhibitor?
A: Early attendee registration with lunch is $80.
Regular attendee registration with lunch is $100
after February 16th, 2008.
Q: How can I register to be an exhibitor or attendee?
A: All attendee and exhibitor registration is done online at www.lavendorfair.com.
Q: What is included in the exhibitor registration price?
A: The Single Booth registration includes one 10’ x 10’ booth area, one table, two
chairs, one wastebasket, two full access passes (to workshops and exhibit floor), and two lunch tickets.
The Double Booth registration include one 20’ x 10’ booth area, two tables, four chairs, one wastebasket, four full access passes (to workshops and exhibit floor), and four lunch tickets.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: The online registration for the Greater Los Angeles Vendor Fair accepts Visa and
Mastercard only.
Q: Can I pay by credit card on the day of the event?
A: Credit cards and cash are accepted for registrations on the day of the fair. This
is only for Attendee Registration with no lunch. All Exhibitor Registrations must be done online.
Q: As an exhibitor, when can I set up my booth/space?
A: Exhibitors may set up their booths/space on Monday, March 24, 2008 from 12:00
noon to 5:00 p.m.
Q: What is the Exhibitor/Attendee cancellation policy?
A: Request for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the GLAVF, and
received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 25, 2008. Cancellations will be processed solely through the GLAVF.

Q: How can I advertise my company at the event?
A: There is a Greater Los Angeles Vendor Fair program book where you could
place your ads for the following cost:
Full page ad, black & white (8 1/2" x 11") $500.00
Half page ad, black & white (8 1/2" x 5 1/2") $350.00
Advertisers must submit:
• Format: .eps, .tif or .pdf
• Quality: 300 dpi or High Resolution for Print (Note: Resolution is the advertiser’s full responsibility)
• 8 1/2 x 11 for full page, 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 for half page (length-wise only)

Q: After I register when can I expect my credentials/badges?
A: Attendees may pick up their event badges at the registration area on the morning
of the event. Exhibitors setting up on March 24 have the option to pick their credentials then.
